Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Validation:
Assist in collecting, verifying, and updating datasets related to private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, and other private markets domains from sources such as public registries, news articles, and websites. - Research & Analytics Support:
Conduct targeted secondary research to support data validation efforts and improve coverage and accuracy of existing records. - Daily Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain transparent records of daily tasks using internal tools and dashboards to facilitate performance tracking and accountability. - Stakeholder Communication:
Effectively respond to queries from colleagues and managers, contributing to a collaborative and communicative work culture. - Tech Adaptability:
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and data management systems to enhance efficiency and quality.
Basic Qualifications
- Education:
Any graduate, preferably with a background in Finance, Communications, Business, or Economics. - Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. - Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to work efficiently in a collaborative environment. - Work Schedule Flexibility:
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules based on business needs.
