Your Key Responsibilities
As a CF&O AI Strategist, you will be part of a horizontal innovation team delivering scalable AI solutions across multiple business units. You will:
- Design, build, and deploy advanced AI and GenAI models to solve real-world problems in finance, legal, and risk domains.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for AI that improve efficiency and automate critical processes.
- Utilize state-of-the-art GenAI techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), autonomous AI agents, and other modern AI methodologies.
- Seamlessly integrate AI tools into business workflows by collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Work alongside Goldman Sachs Engineering to leverage internal platforms, ensure solution scalability, and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of AI models to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations to keep Goldman Sachs at the forefront of digital transformation.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
We’re seeking AI specialists with a strong blend of technical skills and business acumen. Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience building and implementing AI/GenAI solutions with practical business impact.
- Expertise in Generative AI techniques, especially RAG, LLM fine-tuning, AI agent frameworks, or similar.
- Proficiency in Python, with knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or other ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI architecture, data modeling, and deployment in real-world enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for applying the latest in AI to solve critical business problems.
