About the Role
Join our Digital Health team as a QA Engineer to ensure flawless delivery of patient-centric eCommerce solutions. You’ll lead end-to-end testing (functional, regression, UAT) while automating test cases to enhance user experience in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Testing Leadership
✔ Own QA deliverables (Test Strategy, Cases, Reports) for SCRUM teams
✔ Define acceptance criteria in User Stories
✔ Conduct unit/system/integration/regression testing
✔ Lead bug tracking & resolution via test management tools
Quality Assurance & Compliance
✔ Manage eCommerce test environments & data
✔ Support UAT & hypercare for new market launches
✔ Ensure compliance with internal/external audits
Automation & Collaboration
✔ Automate test cases where feasible
✔ Partner with Product Owners & Dev teams on solutions
✔ Mentor junior QA engineers
Qualifications
Must-Have
🛠️ Technical Skills:
- Agile/SCRUM QA methodologies
- Test automation (Selenium/Appium preferred)
- JIRA/Xray/Zephyr or similar test management tools
- Healthcare IT/eCommerce testing experience
🤝 Soft Skills: - Ability to prioritize multitasking
- Strong stakeholder collaboration
Nice-to-Have
🏥 Digital health domain knowledge
🤖 ISTQB/CSTE certification
