Job Responsibilities:-
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNG.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing processes into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins.
- Participate in Scrum meetings to provide updates on testing progress and identify any potential issues.
- Utilize Jira for tracking and managing defects ensuring timely resolution.Write and maintain test cases and test plans to cover all aspects of the application.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers to understand the technical aspects of the application and provide feedback on potential improvements.
- Use PL/SQL to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Provide support during production releases to ensure smooth deployment and minimal impact on users.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Possess a strong understanding of Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java for developing automated test scripts.
- Have experience with Scrum methodologies and participating in Agile teams.
- Be skilled in using TestNG for test automation.
Required Skills Set:-
- Show expertise in Jira for defect tracking and management.
- Have hands-on experience with Selenium for web application testing.
- Be knowledgeable in Maven for project build and dependency management.
- Understand PL/SQL for backend testing and data validation.
- Experience in the Asset and Wealth Management domain is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary.
