Your role:

  • Partner closely with the BA / CoE team and other internal clients in handling Onboarding related issues.
  • Manage different processes like Prehire onboarding, background verifications, joining formalities, etc and work on different tools such as HR Online and Prehire 
  • ollaborate with US and USI teams to understand talent priorities and help in prioritization and implementation of projects
  • Implement and enforces high standards for quality deliverables
  • Assists with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews
  • Ensure that every candidate has the Deloitte candidate experience and continuously thrive to enhance it.

Academic qualifications :-

  • Graduation (Any Graduate)
  • Professional qualification Preferred
  • Graduate 6 months to 2 years of work experience in HR
