Associate Analyst- Accounts Payables/Receivables – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
We are looking for Finance Associate Analyst who will be working on day-to-day finance support to our USI team.
Work you’ll do
The key job responsibilities include the following:
1. Addressing queries related to Payables and Receivables in the form of tickets received in ServiceNow.
2. Admin support for all project management related tasks.
3. Allocation of service desk requests to various departments.
4. Updating of invoice transmission method.
5. Managing and updating customer master data.
6. Verifying the Vendor invoices and sending it for processing.
7. Handling Dunning letters.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the North South Europe with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications
Required:
- Commerce graduate
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills
- Quick learning skills and Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Basic Knowledge in Excel.
