Role Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Develop clean, scalable, and reusable code using best-in-class software development practices (including code reviews, unit testing, and agile delivery).
- Collaborate with product managers to transform business requirements into technical solutions and take full ownership of your code through its lifecycle.
- Design user-friendly, extensible software that allows clients to customize and scale functionalities according to their business needs.
- Build innovative new features while enhancing the existing ServiceNow product suite to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Apply AI integration in development to improve workflows, automate decisions, and optimize software performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in Java or any object-oriented programming language.
- Familiarity with integrating or leveraging AI-powered solutions in software development or business workflows.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Passionate about web technologies and JavaScript, with a focus on modularity, reusability, and performance.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency with software development tools such as IDEs, version control systems, Unix tools, and debugging/profiling tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
