  • Vendor management and event coordination, particularly for residential programs.
  • Data analytics, MIS preparation, and budget preparation for events.
  • Petty cash, accounts payable/receivable management, and training calendar tracking.
  • Attendance updating, feedback management, and training room allocation.
  • Tele-calling for participant registrations and engagement code management.
  • Printing, binding, and dispatching participant materials.
  • Vendor and location identification for banquets and events, PO management.
  • Managing domestic and international travel/accommodation for faculty and participants.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in handling event logistics, space, and travel arrangements.
  • Ability to manage data, analytics, and finance-related tasks effectively.
