Key roles and responsibilities:-

  • Password & Quickbase Operations & Support : Social Media Governance
  • Changing passwords of Social Media Channels every 6 months to ensure channel security. Send prior intimation to BM about the change, copying BU digital leads before changing the passwords.
  • Share Inventory export from Quickbase with BU Digital Leads every 3 months for review. Ask for changes in the channel records and update inventory with latest information.
  • Review and update users and their access levels in 1Password every month. (Refer 1Password reports for any user level changes).
  • Send email to 1Password users not logged in the last 3 months to check their presence. Delete users who have left the business/agency.

Academic qualifications :-

  • Review and update Rackspace emails every 3 months. Review mailboxes not opened in the last 1 year. Manage mailbox administration on Rackspace (Create New Mailbox; Close Account; Reset Password).
  • Support in technical implementations or functionalities of QuickBase.
  • Support the SM lead in planning and executing social media audit 2024.
  • Review channels that are on QuickBase but not on 1Password or vice versa. Ask for channel status with agency and marketing teams. Delete channels that are no longer active or operational.

Knowledge, skills and attributes:-

  • Take ownership of customer issues reported from the app and see problems through to resolution.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues raised for 1Password, Quickbase, Rackspace and social media channels in accurate and timely manner. Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
  • Support the operational tasks involved in Facebook Business Manager if required. (Silvia to guide)
  • Product Training and Walkthroughs :
  • Co-ordinate with agencies and provide product training (1Password, Quickbase) whenever required/
  • Facilitate agency transitions (operational tasks of onboarding new agency and offboarding former agency) and product training to new agency members.”
