- Dealing with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer
- Operations/CC center
- To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions
- and solutions
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Fresher
- Graduate Degree
Required Skills Set:-
- Knowledge of Domain Mandatory
- Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per agreed SLA.
- Knowledge of technical support activities.
- To delegate/coordinate the tasks efficiently efficiently
