About the Shell Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Programme is a three-year, structured development journey designed to accelerate your personal and professional growth. As a graduate hire, you’ll be assigned a real role within Shell and gain exposure to business-critical functions right from the beginning.
Programme Highlights:

Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the Shell Graduate Programme 2025, you must:
- Be in the final year of your Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree or have graduated recently (within the last three years).
- Have less than three years of full-time work experience.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Be an Indian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work permit for India.
- Be available to join Shell by your graduation or as per programme timelines.
