Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our digital transformation team. This role is pivotal in analyzing and optimizing business processes, gathering and translating requirements, and supporting the development of innovative technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and product managers to ensure that business needs are accurately captured, documented, and converted into effective digital products that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Create, analyze, and document functional specifications using Global Process Structure (GPS), mapping both current (“As Is”) and future (“To Be”) states.
- Capture business needs from stakeholders and translate them into clear, concise user stories or business artifacts.
- Facilitate and organize workshops with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and develop optimized process flows.
- Ensure all requirements are properly linked to the relevant business processes and are clearly mapped to user journeys.
Process & KPI Mapping
- Define and document acceptance criteria for all user stories to ensure quality outcomes.
- Ensure every requirement is mapped to product and business KPIs, with tracking mechanisms in place.
- Collaborate with development teams to design measurement tools when metrics are not available.
- Analyze measurement data and work with product managers to recommend and implement process improvements.
Product Development Support
- Support development teams in designing solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide detailed user stories and documentation to enable successful implementation of digital solutions.
- Assist in the rollout of developed products and features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Quality Assurance & Training
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs.
- Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions post-UAT.
- Offer post go-live support, including capturing feedback, identifying issues, and contributing to ongoing product enhancements.
Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work across multiple systems and teams to reconcile business needs and integrate functionalities.
- Step in for the Product Manager, Head of Product, or Scrum Master when needed, ensuring continuity and smooth execution of responsibilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the product roadmap.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or a related role.
- Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience preparing UAT test cases, conducting user training, and offering post-launch support.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
