Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Search
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other online platforms.
- Learn the basics of passive candidate engagement and talent mapping.
Resume Screening & Shortlisting
- Assist in reviewing and filtering resumes to identify qualified candidates who meet job criteria.
- Help maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Interview Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate interview calendars, send confirmations, and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Job Description & Posting Support
- Assist in crafting clear and compelling job descriptions.
- Help post openings across various job portals and internal platforms.
Recruitment Process Administration
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and assist in compiling hiring reports.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support to ensure a smooth hiring process.
