About the Role
Join Razorpay’s Business Engineering team as a Junior Associate and become the bridge between our merchants and product teams. You’ll provide expert-level technical support for Razorpay’s payment gateway solutions, resolving complex integration issues while enhancing merchant experience.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Merchant Success
✔ Resolve API, plugin, and product suite issues for merchants
✔ Provide L2/L3 technical support with debugging & troubleshooting
✔ Document solutions in CRM (FreshDesk) and track progress
✔ Escalate critical issues via Jira and collaborate with product teams
Client & Stakeholder Management
✔ Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (including CXOs)
✔ Visit client sites for complex issue resolution (occasional travel)
✔ Advise sales teams on technical integrations
Product Expertise & Improvement
✔ Identify product irregularities & unexpected behaviors
✔ Build in-depth knowledge of Razorpay’s payment ecosystem
✔ Contribute to knowledge base & best practices
Qualifications
Must-Have
🎓 B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT) with internship experience
💻 Technical Skills:
- Frontend: HTML/CSS/JS or frameworks (React/Angular/Flutter)
- Backend: Java/Python/Go/C++
🔍 Soft Skills: - Exceptional problem-solving & analytical abilities
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Strong decision-making & interpersonal skills
Good-to-Have
💰 Payment gateway domain knowledge
